Claim Form Instructions

If you purchased or acquired GYEN in New York or California at a time when the GYEN was depegged from the Japanese Yen between December 29, 2020, and October 10, 2025, inclusive, and lost money, then you may be a Settlement Class Member and eligible for Settlement Benefits. Certain persons are expressly excluded from the Settlement Class (for example, Defendant, any person who was an officer, director, or controlling person of Defendant) as listed in paragraph 1.41 of the Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement signed on December 30, 2025. Also excluded from the Settlement Class is any Settlement Class Member that validly and timely requests exclusion in accordance with the requirements set by the Court.

If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive Settlement Benefits then you must submit a claim form by June 5, 2026.

Completion of a Claim Form does not guarantee that you will receive a payment. Payments will be made in accordance with a Court-approved Plan of Allocation. Payments will be distributed after the Court approves the Settlement, and any appeals are resolved. Please be patient.

For more information about the Settlement benefits, please review the Notice, FAQs and the Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement.
